Shift & Connect is a community for women who are growing, shifting and showing up. A recurring space to be honest, to be seen, and to build the kind of connection that actually changes things.
ScrollI have seen firsthand what community does for a woman who almost did not walk through the door. That is why this exists.
Shift & Connect is for the women who do not always like to go out, who are growing, shifting and showing up anyway. It is not networking in the traditional sense. It is something warmer, more intentional, and more real than that.
No panels. No PowerPoints. No performance. Just the real version of the conversation, the one we usually save for after the event.
A recurring space you can count on. Somewhere to return to as you grow, every season, with the same people in your corner.
Early career, mid-career, pivoting or senior. Wherever you are on the journey, there is a seat here with your name on it.

I came into this industry the long way round, and I know what it feels like to walk into rooms that were not built with you in mind. What carried me through was not a perfect plan. It was community, and the people who showed up for me along the way.
I built Shift & Connect because I have seen what happens when women find their people. Something shifts. Confidence grows, doors open, and the journey stops feeling so lonely. This is the room I wish I had walked into earlier, so I am building it for the woman who almost did not come.
Whatever stage you are at, you are welcome here. I cannot wait to meet you.
On Thursday 2 July 2026, women filled a room at Adobe London for an evening built around one question: how do we grow, adapt and stay true to ourselves in a world that keeps shifting?
"No panels. No PowerPoints. No performance. Just the real version of the conversation."
A room full of women, one conversation moving through four honest topics together, and a closing circle that said more than any panel could have.
Becoming takes confidence. Confidence takes presence. And presence takes intentionality.
The one man in the room, an ally, put it simply: he is who he is because of the women in his life, and this space affirmed what he already believed.
